With a focus on gut health, immune, skin, hormones, and more. I offer a 3 month Digestion Rebalance Program, that includes food guides, quality supplements, meal plans, functional lab testing, health guides and freebies. I am currently completing a Soul Coach training for emotional rebalancing and body-mind-spiritual wellness; guided meditations, journaling and affirmation exercises, intuitive breathing exercises, expressing stored emotions and trauma, and other techniques.
