Chakra balancing is another healing modality that brings your mind body and soul into alignment and clears any blockages.  We pick up other peoples energy throughout the day and clearing our chakras helps promote a sense of health and wellbeing. I use colour in my chakra healing sessions to enhance the vibrations in each chakra.
